PRESIDENT

Chef "Andy" Matsuda

  

Founder of the Sushi Chef Institute in Southern California, Chef Matsuda offers more than 35 years of sushi mastery. After a battle with cancer, he sought a deeper understanding of the relationship between food and health.

This program was developed from his sincere wish to support his graduates and aspiring chefs for their desire to acquire Japanese Culinary Culture.

Chef "Hiro" Terada


Hiroyuki Terada is a Japanese chef in Florida. He has a large social media following with over 2 million subscribers on YouTube which he garnered from hosting multiple segments on cooking.

He was recently appointed as an official Tourism Ambassador for Kochi Prefecture.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our purpose is to correctly pass on Japanese food culture to the world.


There are many traditional techniques and history in Japanese food culture, and it has been passed down in detail from one generation to the next. 

Nowadays, food cultures around the world have embraced modernity and Japan is also evolving and changing. 

It is our intention to; convey to people of all backgrounds and cultures who need this important traditional technique,

nurture world industries and boost primary industries overseas, and

aid development of foreign countries, while enriching the health and lives of the people living in the area.

Our Vision To be the most resourceful organization to connect Japanese Culinary Culture to the world.
